The check-in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet overall. We booked double room that was complete with a harbour view as advertised. All of the staff was amiable and amazingly nice. The hotel was in the central setting right in the heart of the old town.

I keep going back because it's reliable. They even found my lost necklace. It has Wi-Fi, a lounge, and a TV. No pets allowed. Perfect for me. Coming back for Easter. Best place ever.

I was kinda surprised by the beautiful location of the hotel, situated in the heart of the old town. It was so convenient to have restaurants, shops, and bars just a few steps away. The room itself was impeccably clean and tidy, making my stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel's decor, especially the fine artwork on the ceilings.
While I did hear some noise from other guests walking in and out of their rooms, it didn't bother me much as I'm not a light sleeper. there were a few steps to climb to get to the first floor and no assistance provided for carrying luggage, which could be a challenge for some guests.

The hotel had a fantastic location in the main part of La Canea, with easy access to the port and the promenade. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process easy. Although we didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, it was included and served in a nearby hotel. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

The Christmas decoration was amazing, it really made us feel the festive spirit. the room had a beautiful view of the old port and it was located in the heart of the city, which made it very easy for us to explore the surroundings. We also loved the fact that our room had a separate toilet and shower, which was very convenient for us.
The check-in process was a bit confusing, as we had to go to a nearby location to check-in. the directions provided were not very clear and we ended up getting lost for a bit.

Beautiful traditional Greek hotel surrounded by restaurants. Friendly and hospitable staff, especially Persia at the reception. Perfect location with a view of the harbor. Clean and well-maintained rooms with traditional charm.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is located in the heart of a lively and beautiful area, just a short walk from the port. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings. The hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. Plus, the mini-fridge was handy to keep drinks cold during the hot Easter holiday.
The bathroom was outdated, with limited space, and no place to hang anything up to dry. The room was quite dark, with minimal light exposure, and limited windows.

We were close to everything we needed, from bars and restaurants to shops and sights. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful hand-painted ceiling. We loved the nice bathroom and the coffee machine. the service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed the hearty breakfast in the morning.
It was a shame that the loud music from the nearby bars kept us up late into the night, even on a Sunday.
